An easy way to make a luxury moisturising product at home. As temperatures rise, you might need to hydrate your skin more. Add some shimmer to your cosmetics, make yourself the dream concoction with only 5 ingredients from Cosy Owl.
What you’ll need:
- Sweet almond Oil
- Jojoba Oil
- Coconut Oil
- Mica – we used bronze
- Fragrance – we used coconut – a 10 ml sample bottle is perfect for this.
- An empty glass bottle (ours is 100ml)
Step by Step
- Ensure your glass bottle is thoroughly cleaned and dry.
- Insert a funnel at the top of your bottle.
- Pour 3 teaspoon of mica powder into the funnel. Shake well to feed it through the funnel and into the bottle.
- Melt 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in the microwave and pour in your funnel.
- Add 50ml of almond oil to your funnel.
- Add 25ml of jojoba oil to your funnel.
- Add between 10-20 drops of fragrance oil (less than 1.5%).
- Shake vigorously.
