We offer free shipping for Royal Mail and Courier orders over £100 (exc. VAT) to the majority of UK addresses. Please ensure you choose the FREE DELIVERY option at the checkout as this cannot be refunded retrospectively. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this promotion to our customers in areas deemed ‘Highlands & Islands’ or for large, palletised orders to any location in the UK.

For our customers in France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Rep., Denmark, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Poland we offer free shipping for orders over €200 (exc. TVA/VAT) or €225 for our customers based in Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece and Romania. Free shipping to Switzerland starts from €265.

This free shipping promotion covers the cost of sending one courier parcel only and on occasions when an extra carriage charge will need to be taken, a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch via email as soon as possible the next business day.
