Perfumers Alcohol is a specialised base for blending geuroliën to create perfumes, colognes, and diffuser oils. Suitable for both professionals and hobbyists, this duidelijk solution ensures that blended fragrances remain free from cloudiness. It contains three main ingredients—denatured ethanol, isopropyl myristate, and monopropylene glycol—which help with fragrance dispersion and controlled evaporation.

Richtlijnen voor het maken van parfums:

• Parfum (15-30%)*
• Eau de Parfum (10-15%)*
• Eau de Toilette (4-8%)*
• Keulen (3-5%)*
• Keulen Splash (1-3%)*
• Kamersproeiers (1-5%)*

1. Bereid de geur voor door geselecteerde essentiële oliën grondig te mengen
2. Add combined oils to perfumer’s alcohol
3. Roer de oplossing langzaam en grondig door totdat de oplossing helder is.
4. Laat de oplossing minstens 48 uur rusten

Richtlijnen voor het maken van Diffuser Oils:

• 30% Geurolie*
• 60-65% DPG (DPG kopen)
• 5-10% Parfums alcohol (Parfums alcohol kopen)

To make diffuser oil blend the geurolie with the DPG until clear. Add Perfumers alcohol to reduce viscosity to desired thickness.

*Please always consult the fragrance oil’s IFRA document for safe percentages the specific fragrance can be used at as this supersedes the above aanbevelingen.

De 3 main ingredients of perfumers alcohol are:

1. Ethanol (gedenatureerd) -Alcohol is de belangrijkste drager voor de geuroliën. Dit verdampt snel als het wordt verwarmd door de temperatuur van de huid, waardoor de geuren gelijkmatig over het oppervlak vrijkomen.
2. Isopropylmyristaat – used in preparations where good absorption is desired.
3. Monopropyleenglycol – a co-solvent which allows the fragrance oils to be solubilised in the alcohol carrier. This helps to control the evaporation of the alcohol so that it does not flash off too quickly.
