Stephenson Melt & Pour Solid Shampoo Base – 1kg

This is our Vegetable based Zeep smelten en gieten Base. Made with Soothing Aloe Vera and containing Conditioning Additives this soap base is used for the manufacture of opaque Solid Shampoo bars.

Ingrediënten

Aqua, Glycerine, Propyleenglycol, Polyquaternium 7 - Conditioning Additive, Aloë Vera Leaf Juice Powder, Natriumstearaat, Natriumlauraat

Hoe maak je een zeepje?

1. Simply open the packaging, safely cut the soap base into smaller cubes – doing this will make the soap easier to handle and melt.

2. Gradually heat the soap base in a Double Boiler ensuring that the soap melts evenly and does not boil and burn. If you are melting in a microwave please be careful and keep an eye on the soap as it can bubble over the container – it is advisable to use the lowest power setting (not defrost).

3. Mix in any Etherische oliën, Fragrances, Colours, Botanicals and/or Additives to achieve the aroma and colour preferred – simply add to the melted soap base and mix gently ensuring that any fragrance you have added is evenly distributed throughout the soap base.

4. Giet de zeepbasis snel in je zeepmal. Eventuele kleine luchtbelletjes die zich tijdens het uitharden aan het oppervlak van de zeep vormen, kun je gladstrijken met wrijfalcohol. Terwijl de zeep nog buigzaam is, kun je gedroogde plantaardige ingrediënten toevoegen aan het oppervlak van de zeep, door ze zachtjes in de bovenkant van de zeep te drukken als je dat wilt.

5. Zodra je zeep is uitgehard, haal je hem gewoon uit de mallen. We raden aan om de zeep direct na het uitharden in te pakken om de zeep te beschermen en te bewaren.

Opmerking: Gezellige Uil will be providing the essential oils, dye, pigment, liquid and powder dyes and rubbing alcohol soon. It is important to note that you can’t use our Bekro Dyes in soap.
