We have weighed out 300g to fill our two silicone moulds. Once your wax is measured, put it onto a medium heat and leave it to melt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cosyowl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Capture-1-1024x575.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1339\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2 \u2013 Prepare Your Moulds<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Whilst the wax is melting, you can prepare your moulds. We have added a bit of extra mica powder into the bottom of the moulds to give the wax melts a more glittery finish. Make sure that you give the mica powder a good rub around the bottom of the moulds so they get a good coverage.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cosyowl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Capture-2-1024x570.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1340\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3 \u2013 Add Your Dye<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Once the wax has completely melted, it is time to add your dye. Making sure the wax is at 65\u00b0C, we added 1g of pink dye. Gently stir your dye through the wax until it has blended all the way through.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cosyowl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Capture-3-1-1024x575.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1352\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4 \u2013 Add Your Mica Powder<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Whilst the wax is on a low heat you can add your mica powder \u2013 remember that a little bit goes a long way! Gently stir the mica powder into the wax which will create beautiful mica swirls.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-4 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cosyowl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Capture-4-1-1024x575.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1343\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5 \u2013 Add Your Fragrance Oil<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Once the mica powder has mixed through the wax, you can add your chosen fragrance oil &#8211; we have added 20ml of <a href=\"https:\/\/cosyowl.com\/en_ie\/candle-making-supplies\/fragrance-oils-for-candle-making\/all-fragrances\/jasmine-fragrance-oil\">Jasmine<\/a>. Stir the fragrance into the wax gently, ensuring no bubbles are caused. If done too vigorously it can leave air bubbles in the wax once it has cooled.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-5 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cosyowl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Capture-5-1024x572.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1344\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 6 \u2013 Pour the Wax<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Let your wax <a href=\"https:\/\/cosyowl.com\/en_ie\/candle-making-supplies\/glitters\/lake-blue-biodegradable\">cool<\/a> to between 55-65\u00b0C and then carefully begin pouring your wax into your moulds. Once poured, leave your wax melts to set for 24 hours.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-6 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cosyowl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Capture-8-1024x573.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"1347\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 7 \u2013 Remove The Wax Melts<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Once your wax melts have set, you can remove them from your moulds.
